What Prozvon does
Prozvon is an application for beauty salons connected to Altegio. It builds a daily list of clients who are due for a repeat service or who have stopped coming, suggests message texts for operators, shows a specialist's free slots and — when the salon enables it — creates bookings in Altegio.
Free pilot
During the pilot the service is provided free of charge. There is no payment inside the application, no card is required and no invoice is issued. If we ever introduce paid plans, we will notify the salon in advance and the salon decides whether to continue.
Salon responsibilities
- The salon authorizes the integration from its own Altegio account and is responsible for the accounts it creates for its staff.
- The salon decides who to contact and what to write; messages are sent by its operators from the salon's own WhatsApp account.
- The salon is responsible for complying with the marketing and personal-data rules of its country, including collecting consent where required.
Service "as is"
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee any particular business result, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Prozvon depends on the Altegio API: if it is unavailable, part of the functionality may be unavailable too.
Disconnecting
The salon may disconnect the integration at any time in its Altegio account. Access closes immediately. Data is erased at the salon's request within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access in case of abuse or a threat to the service or to client data.

Что делает Прозвон
Прозвон — приложение для салонов красоты, подключённых к Altegio. Оно собирает на каждый день список клиентов, которым пора на повтор услуги или которые перестали приходить, предлагает операторам текст сообщения, показывает свободные окна мастера и, если салон включил эту возможность, создаёт записи в Altegio.
Бесплатный пилот
На время пилота сервис предоставляется бесплатно. Оплаты внутри приложения нет, карта не нужна, счёт не выставляется. Если появятся платные тарифы, мы предупредим салон заранее, и салон сам решит, продолжать ли работу.
Обязанности салона
- Салон подключает интеграцию из своего кабинета Altegio и отвечает за учётные записи, которые заводит сотрудникам.
- Салон решает, кому писать и что писать; сообщения отправляют его операторы со своего рабочего аккаунта WhatsApp.
- Салон отвечает за соблюдение правил рассылок и работы с персональными данными в своей стране, включая получение согласий, если они требуются.
Сервис «как есть»
Сервис предоставляется «как есть», без гарантий бесперебойной и безошибочной работы. Мы не гарантируем конкретный коммерческий результат и не отвечаем за косвенные убытки. Прозвон зависит от API Altegio: если он недоступен, часть возможностей может быть недоступна тоже.
Отключение
Салон может отключить интеграцию в любой момент в своём кабинете Altegio. Доступ закрывается сразу. Данные удаляем по запросу салона в течение 30 дней — как описано в политике конфиденциальности. Мы можем приостановить доступ при злоупотреблении или угрозе сервису и данным клиентов.
